The fact is that only a very few of us have this knowledge. Most of us spend our lives in a career because we just fell into it. The result is all too often a lack of fulfillment and the feeling that we are working because we have to - not because we want to.
If we don't have a natural aptitude for what we are doing we are unlikely to be able to do it really well. Instead we'll feel as though our work is boring and meaningless. With no aptitude we will find promotion difficult and work unrewarding. But it doesn't have to be so:
An aptitude test can give you a blueprint for success based on your natural talents - your aptitudes. Once your key aptitudes are revealed by a career aptitude test you will be better able to identify the career choices that best match your aptitudes.
If you have any doubts at all, it makes sense to take an aptitude test. Sure, it's going to have a cost attached. But doesn't it make sense to invest a small amount of money now if the result is spending the rest of your life in a fulfilling, rewarding career that brings success and contentment?
You should also know that aptitudes cannot be learnt. Unlike skills, knowledge and interests that can be learnt throughout our lives, aptitudes are what we are born with and do not change. That's why matching your aptitudes to your career are so important if you want it to be a fulfilling and rewarding one.

Take an aptitude test 
There are several different tests, which uniquely identify your aptitude ability: numerical reasoning, mechanical reasoning, abstract reasoning, spatial relations, verbal reasoning, language usage and spelling.
On completion of each aptitude assessment, you will be given a detailed career guidance report and a description of careers, which are suitable to your aptitude abilities. |
Take an occupational Interest Inventory 
The Occupational Interest assessment identifies the type of career interests that you have.
During the assessment, the system develops this career profile by presenting you with different types of careers, which you must rank in order of your preference.
